WHEAT BUNS





lots of people might love buns but then they might feel using the regular flour is unhealthy. It then becomes a dilemma on what to do. Well, there is wheat to the rescue.

Here is a recipe for making wheat buns that are both tasty and healthy.


INGREDIENTS AND QUANTITIES
Whole wheat flour 3 cups
Sugar 1/3 cup
A pinch of salt
Water
Powdered milk 1 cup
Baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
Oil

METHOD
Sieve wheat flour into a wide bowl
Add all the dry ingredients
Add water and turn with a wooden spoon till an even consistency is achieved, the dough should be able to come off a stainless spoon effortlessly
Deep fry in hot oil till it is crispy and golden brown.
Serve hot or cold.

A drink with this could change a boring or tiresome day to an interesting and less stressful day.
